Rooms were clean with an extraordinary amazing sea view, comfortable salt- water pool and very kind staff, from the receptionists to the waiters. Nearby you can find the restaurant "Bellissimo", a family-owned business were we enjoyed our meals and we could get many suggestions on the island. We heartily recommend to rent a scooter or a quad to run through Mykonos, because the city is 2,5 km far away and there are many wonderful beaches to be discovered all around the isle.
There is no shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, therefore we had to wait 30-45 minutes around to find a taxi (very expensive and with no taximeter). Wi-fi works on the balcony or at the pool only.
Location, view freindly staff and value.
The amazing view and location. The staff were pleasant especially the German(?) lady at reception and the Pakistani man at the pool bar, who were out of their way to help us with any problems we had.
Our double bed was two single beds pushed together. We were only warned about this at check-in. Although many hotels will do this, these beds were particularly unsuited to being pushed together as there was a large (10cm?), very hard gap between them.
It was a wonderful experience. The staff were very accommodating, the rooms clean and airy, the balconies a great extension to sit out and watch the sun go down. The food at the 2 restaurants down the beach were amazing. All in all we were a group of 5 and it will be a place we recommend to all.
The hotel was fine, but we found getting around the island difficult. The taxis were non existent even the night that the ferry docked. Up to 30 people waited for a long time before even one taxi turned up. The hotel is a good 15 minutes away from town and while there is a bus outside they do not run that frequently from the town- our experience was every hour in the middle of summer. This was frustrating for us. Also we were a party of 5 so every trip cost us EU20 x2
The balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea was beautiful. The bus to town was very accessible. The room was very clean. All in all enjoyed the stay.
The beach chairs on the beach were 12 euros for 2. Hotel guests should have free access to the chairs.
The ladies on reception were excellent. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Couldn't do more for us.Our room had a fabulous view out over the pool area and of the sunset. Very much liked how close it was to the beach. Best sunbeds of the holiday!!
The pool bar was under staffed which meant a very long wait to be served. For a 4* establishment I felt this was unacceptable. There were also an incredible number of flies in all communal areas! We travelled to other Greek islands on our holiday and didn't find this anywhere else.
loved everything the place itself, staff amazing , the restaurant food , the view of the ocean , falicities , could not ask fo more GREAT PLACE 10 out of 10
The hotel is very clean, welcoming and with an elegant decor. The staff is helpful and friendly; and breakfast is nice and abundant.T he view on agios Ioannis beach and Delo island is breathtaking. My friends who come yearly to Mykonos ahve already decided to spend their next holidays here and...I'm clearly joining them. Thanks for everything and see you next year!
The hotel is very close to the beach and has a lovely big swimming pool. There are two excellent tavernas on the beach and you can rent sun loungers for the day. Take beach towels with you as the hotel only provides towels for the pool. Ask for rooms with sea view as the view is wonderful.
I liked the design--layout of the rooms and views and proximity to pool and beach.
Understandably you are a little short of staff. You could offer capuccino and fresh fruit juices as extras (with payment) for breakfast the bar closes too early in the evening you should have tea/coffee making facilities in the room and a mini-bar if you do not have developed room service
Big room with own terrence facing a wonderful view of the sea . Nice pool area/bar , few step away from igios beach , but yet away from the town.. Can use a bus who come every half hour or rent your own car atv or whatever .
Spent there 10 days never had bed's sheets changed once .
Rooms slightly expensive for the quality of the rooms, but the view reflects that I guess. Great area of Mykonos, ornos beach round the corner is great. Hotel staff very friendly, pool area is good, generally good place to stay.
Rooms bit outdated, breaky is average
Everything was great! The view from the hotel is amazing and the beach is only a few meters away. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful. There are hourly buses at the front door to Mykonos town which is very convenient.
Breakfast could be more varied, but still good.
The hotel location is great, far enough from the city centre but close enough to beaches such as Parous, Paradise etc. Being close to the beach (20m walk) and the beach resturants made eating and access to a small beach comfortable for a young family such as ours. The hotel is clean and affordable.
The location aside, I am not convinced this is a 4 star hotel, although having stayed in a 3 start prior to this hotel there is indeed an improvement. The rooms were smaller than expected, but comfortable enough nevertheless.
the room photos on the website were not the same with the room we stayed. our room was much worse and the bathroom was too small and bad... definitely not a 4 star hotel.
